Setup
This is a credential-based connection. You provide your Signavio editor URL, tenant, and account login so Duvo can read process content from your workspace.Prerequisites
- An SAP Signavio account with access to the workspace whose process content you want Duvo to read.
- Your Signavio tenant ID and the editor base URL for your region (for example,
https://editor.signavio.com).
Connection Fields
| Field | Description |
|---|---|
| Signavio Base URL | The base URL of your Signavio editor, including your region (for example, https://editor.signavio.com). |
| Tenant ID | Your Signavio tenant identifier. |
| Username | Your Signavio account username — usually the email address you sign in with. |
| Password | The password for that Signavio account. |
Capabilities
This connection is read-only — Duvo reads from Signavio but never creates, edits, or deletes anything in your workspace.- Read process models — Retrieve BPMN process diagrams and their details from your Signavio workspace.
- Browse the process repository — Explore the folder and collection hierarchy to see how processes are organized.
- Look up dictionary entries — Read Signavio Dictionary items: the reusable terms, roles, systems, and documents referenced across your processes.
Key Benefits
- Ground automations in real processes — Assignments work from your documented, approved processes instead of guessing how a workflow should run.
- No manual exports — Read process content in place rather than exporting diagrams or documentation by hand.
- One source of truth — Every assignment references the same process models and definitions your team already maintains in Signavio.
- Read-only by design — The connection only reads your process repository, so connecting it can’t change or remove anything in Signavio.
Works Well With
- Google Docs or Microsoft Word — Turn a documented Signavio process into a written SOP or runbook for your team.
- Confluence — Publish process summaries and definitions pulled from Signavio into your team’s knowledge base.
- Slack or Microsoft Teams — Answer “how does this process work?” questions in chat using the current model from Signavio.
